Blaze is the controlling partner of Blaze/Iafrate JV, LLC. that performed the mass excavation and site utilities. The mass excavation required the removal of 1,000,000 tons of landfill soil. Blaze also provided the excavation/backfill for the plumbing and mechanical installation.
