Blaze performed all the site work on the 25 acre parcel. Work included the site demolition, mass excavation, utility relocations, new utility installations, removal of contaminated soils, aggregate installations, imported brick pavers, curbs, walks, and asphalt paving. Also, Blaze completed the the realignment of Third Avenue which included all of the earthwork, site utility, sidewalks, curbs, and concrete road pavement.

Blaze self performed all the site demolition, mass excavation, contaminated soil disposal, site utility installation, and foundation excavation/backfill for the hotel and west parking deck.
